We’re looking for an experienced, full-time Equipment Operator who knows their way around earth moving equipment, welding, and field service work.

💼 What You’ll Do:
🔧 Diagnose, repair & maintain diesel trucks + construction equipment
🛠️ Perform field service, preventive maintenance & fabrication
💻 Track service intervals & maintenance history (basic computer skills required)

✅ Requirements:
✔️ 5+ years diesel/heavy equipment experience
✔️ Welding & fabrication skills
✔️ Clean & valid CA driver’s license
✔️ Pass background check
✔️ Drug-free workplace

💰 We Offer:
